Yes, you heard it right! When I woke today and open PUBG mobile complete my weekly mission to increase my rank, I got a notice from the PUBG team that the PUBG Mobile server will go offline for maintenance to give PUBG Mobile update 0.8 for Android and iOS users. So, from the next morning, you will be able to play Sanhok map on PUBG Mobile.
PUBG Mobile maintenance schedule to get PUBG Update 0.8 for mobile
PUBG Mobile will be taken offline for maintenance from 00:00:00 to 08:00:00 (UTC) on September 11th. Service may resume sooner or later depending on maintenance progress. The new PUBG mobile 0.8 version will be pushed to Google Play and App Store starting 12th.

What’s new in PUBG Mobile 0.8.0 Update?
#1: New Map: Sanhok
The new Sanhok map comes with new weapons and vehicle:
- Flare gun: Call airdrop id used within the Playzone, and Bulletproof UAZ if used outside the Playzone.
- QBZ: An automatic rifle.
- Muscle Car: 4 seats, and has both a hard-top and a convertible version.
- Bulletproof UAZ: 4 seats
#2: Customizable Pick-up
- Quantities can now be specified in settings.
#3: Anti-Cheating Measures
- Improved cheating plug-in recognition.
- Added a report button to more pages.
What More Expected On PUBG Mobile update 0.8.0?
- Players can throw these apples at opponents. You will get 20 apples to practice throwing skills.
- Changes in User Interface of the game. Players are given a new option on the settings screen. They can now set a manual limit to the ammo their character picks up automatically for every gun.
- The 8X Scope and the M24 Sniper rifle will not spawn on the Sonhok map. Nevertheless, the 8X scope will be available through care packages, unlike the M24.
- New weapon skins are also expected to be released.
Well, one more good news for PUBG Mobile gamers that PUBG Corp. has recently suspended 905 accounts of some PUBG hackers. PUBG Mobile Japan tweeted :
“From August 28 to September 3, 2018, a total of 905 accounts were suspended to confirm fraud.
The target account can be checked with an attached image. We will continue to strengthen countermeasures against cheating.”
