If we talk about the new feature of PUBG Mobile 0.17.0, most of the blogs claim that there is a new character named Carlo is coming to the new update with some specific skills like Sara. Still no more detail about the new character Carlo yet.
Also, we know that PUBG Mobile is about to complete two successful years in March. So, we will also see more items from the 1st Anniversary rewards along with some new with 2nd Anniversary rewards. They also noted that the file had been there for a long time and no news and updates from the developers about the dog companion in the game. So we assume that maybe they will add in the next PUBG Mobile 0.17.0 update.
