Roster

In order to participate in this tournament, a Squad rosters must consist of at least four players who are students of any college in India for current year i.e. 2018-2019. Squads are only allowed to play with players on their roster with a registered game account. All roster changes must be made prior to the start of a cup. Playing with different players and/or illegal ringers will result in punishment.

Game version

All players must use their Mobile Phones to play the game and all players must install the newest version of the game in order to participate in Campus Championship. Updates must be installed before the tournament starts, so delays will be at a minimum.

Devices

Devices – During the online qualifier, the players are expected to use their own devices without any emulators, hacks and any other software/tool which gives them an undue advantage. During the offline Grand Finals, devices would be provided by the organizer to all participants and would be used to play the finals.

Technical Issues

Squads are responsible for their own technical issues (hardware/internet). Matches will not be rescheduled because of technical issues and matches will be played nevertheless. If the warm-up time in starting island is exceeded, the game goes on, even if the issue is not solved yet.

Disqualification

• If any player caught using emulators or any other kind of 3rd party tools which allows players to play the game in PC, the whole squad will get disqualified from the tournament.
• To keep tournaments as efficient as possible, Playtonia reserves the right to disqualify Squads. This will only be done in cases where a Squad purposefully stalls or attempts to block the tournament from starting.
• Players are not allowed to add, modify or remove game files from their intended state. Any such manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
• Players need to be students of the respective colleges that are taking part in this tournament.
• Intentionally changing your character’s angle to look through a texture or object is prohibited.
• Players are not allowed to set two actions to the same key in key bindings.
• The intentional use of any bugs, glitches, or errors in the game is strictly forbidden and will be penalized. Any Squad found to be using any known exploit will forfeit their game upon the first occurrence of the exploit. If the Squad is found to use another known exploit for a second time and it is determined to have been done on purpose they will be removed from the event and barred from any future events. Betting during any Playtonia event (by a player, Squad, or on behalf of anyone associated with the Squad) is off limits. Those partaking will be disqualified from the event in question and will receive a minimum of 6 months ban.

Game preparations

Please resolve any problems that might occur before a match starts. Connection or hardware problems during a match could lead to a disqualification by Playtonia admins. Make sure all players are eligible to play. In Squad games, all players must be registered for their corresponding Squad.

No show

If a participant cannot play at the scheduled start time, we will remove the Squad from participating in the tournament.

Number of players

Matches should be played with 4 players, if a Squad is missing a player they will be removed before the tournament start.

Disconnections

In case a player gets disconnected from a match, the Squad is allowed to continue to play the match at a disadvantage.

Forfeit

Participants can choose to forfeit a match if they wish. Forfeiting will result in 0 points from that match and possible penalty points.

Protests

If a match was incorrectly reported into our system, your Squad has 10 minutes to protest the report. Match protests must include media evidence clearly showing the results of the match/series. Squads are responsible for providing proof of match results in case of disputes.

Re-host

A re-host can only be played with admin initiation. Disconnects and lag issues will only qualify for a re-host if the issue occurs within the first 60 seconds of the game and affects a significant number of players.

Observers

Observers are organized by Playtonia admins and people that are given permission by an admin (e.g. shout casters or streamers).

All results will be input by Playtonia personnel. If anything is unclear, participants should have screenshots available to verify the result and file a protest.

After the PUBG released the latest updates, the zone prediction has become more difficult. As per pro players, the zone tends to move to the parts where only a few players are present. So, when you are pushing rank to Conqueror in Season 15, you are advised to stay on the edge of the zone till the fifth zone starts if you want to reach the Conqueror tier.one starts. Once the fifth zone starts, just try to find an area where you stay till the final zone comes and you become the winner of the game.

Tip 5: Kill & Survive

If you are pushing for Conqueror in season 15, you need to kill more and more people in the game, till the time you reach Diamond tier. Once that is done, you need to focus on survival and kill points till the time you reach the Crown tier. Once you have the Crown tier, you have to survive till the top 5 teams in the game. And then, you need to kill more as it will give you plus points to your ranking.

Tip 6: Focus on Kills

While pushing ranks, you have to focus more on kills when you reach the Crown tier. You need to kill at least 4-5 players in the Crown tier. Doing this will help you to maintain your KD and will get some plus points for you.

Tip 7: Get a Vehicle

Having a vehicle is very important in any PUBG game and it is definitely important while pushing rank because a vehicle can help you in any situation. Using a vehicle you can travel faster throughout the map when the zone changes. Therefore, you should look for a vehicle when you land on the map.

Tip 8: Combination of Guns

If you are playing solo and you are rank pushing to Conqueror in Season 14, the best combination of guns will be two Assault Rifles. You can use AKM and M416 for the best results, if not then look for a UZI with an assault rifle.

• The online qualifiers will take place for five days, where the player will have to play ten Classic Mode matches, and then 8 matches will consider. Other things like kills, survival time, and accuracy will be taken into account, and the top 44 teams will go for the next round. If teams couldn’t complete the eight matches, then their score will be adjusted in a manner to be determined by PMLC officials.
• On the Online Playoffs from 44 teams, 16 more teams will be to join those 44 teams and make a total of 60 teams.
• After that, those 60 teams will be divided into 4 groups, and then each team in each group will have to play five matches, and the 3 teams will go to the finals on the basis of the highest cumulative score.
• In the last phase, the grand finale will help where top 12 teams from the Online Playoffs and other 3 teams depend on the most kills. So there will be a total of 15 teams will play 10 matches for two days.
• The winner will be the team with the highest cumulative score.

There will be a specific time for the extreme cold storm you can see on the screen and prepare to keep the temperature medium. Well, you can’t stay out in the storm as it will reduce your health. So better you keep your body warm inside the house by starting a fire and eating food.

During the last update, the Pubg Mobile Tweeted that they will add the Color-Blind Mode soon, but we haven’t seen it yet. Now finally, they are adding this Color-Blind Mode in the PUBG Mobile 0.17.0 update. This new mode will help those people to play the game smoothly, who are not able to see the real color of some things in the game. Hence, those people will be able to play the game just like normal ones as it will let them see and differentiate all the different colors in-game.
